Rueschhoff offers standard service 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Are Rueschhoff's employees background checked?
Yes, all employees of Rueschhoff Security Systems go through a thorough background check and drug testing.
This includes all field and office personnel.
How are technicians trained?
Our technicians go through an on going factor and manufacturing training and certification for all our employees.
Who services the systems that Rueschhoff Security Systems installs?
Rueschhoff Security Systems only use Rueschhoff Employee Technicians to install and service the systems we sell.
We don't use subcontractors.
Who monitors Rueschhoff Security Systems after they are installed?
We have our own monitoring center in Douglas County, KS.
We don't subcontract our monitoring out. They are all local and speak your language.
We have a 12-14 second response time.
Am I signing a service contract?
Yes
- Residential is a 2-year agreement
- Commercial is a 3-year agreement
Does the customer own the equipment?
Yes
The customer is purchasing and owns the equipment. It is not leased like some companies.
Unlike other companies, the equipment is installed by Rueschhoff Security Systems.
Is the equipment installed proprietary?
No
Unlike some companies, we don't install proprietary equipment. At the end of your agreement, if you choose to use another provider, you can.
We are confident in the level of service that we provide.
What if I need emergency assistance?
With many security companies, it is difficult to get in touch with someone when people need assistance.

Security System Installation and Inspection
A Rueschoff technician will install everything you buy from us.
We offer monthly, quarter, semi-annual and annual inspections on all systems we install..We are also happy to inspect security systems and fire alarms installed by other companies.
